Prof Hartmann is Professor of Pathology and Chair of the Department of Pathology, University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany. His main research areas focus on the molecular pathology & genetic alterations in urothelial carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma and prostate cancer. He trained in Germany and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Mayo Clinic. Since 2007 he has been Professor of Pathology. He has been the President of German division of the IAP. He has over 680 peer reviewed research papers.<\/p>\n
