Dr. Wobker completed her MD and MPH at UNC Chapel Hill, followed by Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency and cytopathology fellowship at the same institution. She then completed a fellowship in Urologic Pathology at Johns Hopkins before returning to UNC as faculty. Dr. Wobker currently serves as the Associate Director of Surgical Pathology and Director of Genitourinary Pathology at UNC. Her research interests include molecular characterization of histologic subtypes of urothelial carcinoma, as well as contributing to white papers providing guidance for urologic and general pathologists. She is the co-author of a recently-released textbook “Atlas of Genitourinary Pathology: A Pattern-Based Approach.”<\/p>\n
